Browser Safe Colors?

I always go to this page to find a browser safe color for my page
http://www.aota.net/HTML/216colors.php3

After the upgrade of FutureQuest website, all the colors in this page are gone! What happened? Does the color not safe anymore?

P.S. This only happened on NS 4.77 but IE.

Netscape doesn't like table background colors as much as IE and once you start nesting the tables the problem gets worse

The 216 colors are showing safely again outside of the extra tables

Check out this site - I use it all the time. You click the radio buttons to select text or background, then click the colors and it shows you exactly what it'll look like putting, say, green on yellow (or whatever). Then it gives you the RGB #'s you need to use. You can also mess around with the text, change it to whatever size and font you want.

I think it's in Japan, but always loads fine for me.
