Can't delete mail from server

I've mentioned this problem a while ago, but it's still occuring .

I have 3 spam emails (in duplicate) that get retrieved from the server every other day or so.  I delete them, but they always come back.

If someone could please tell me how to get rid of these and how to prevent this from happening, I'd really appreciate it !

Oh yeah, is there a way to get rid of that annoying "Welcome to Netscape" email?
