outlook mac and pop prob

Ok. I have set up a pop account info@boycreative .com.
I have passed all the details to outlook express, but I am confused as to which username and password I have to put into the fields.
The thing is, with my futurequest username and password used for the new pop account, outlook is connecting and telling me that there are no messages, even though I can see in the command n control that there are two new messages.
When I try to use the password I set up in cnc for info@boycreative.com and the username 'info', outlook tells me it can't connect.

Am I missing something very obvious. Any help much appreciated!
