How do I check my email?

Can someone point me in the right direction to figure-out exactly what I need to do to check my email on my FQ acct?  I'm new to this and from everything I've read it sounds like I need to configure my external acct (now AOL, soon to be Earthlink) to get the emails off of my FQ acct?  Is it easier just to have my FQ acct forward emails to my external acct?  Where can I find out what my options are and how to do it?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

1st:  To set your email client to retrieve your FutureQuest email:

I do not believe that AOL will allow these changes in their client.
