I like it with the eyes, but I prefer the detail of #4.  Could they be combined?  Would that be an insult to the two artists in question?

Actually, looking at them again, I do kinda like the #4 above, w/o the eyes... hm... weird...

With permission I'd love to add that for the :þ - I didn't have time to draw a :þ smiley so I just set it up for the :þ... but a graphic would be much nicer
