stats for new site

I initiated DNS transfer for my site (www.isna.org) Monday evening. There is some stats data for Tues and Wed, but it's 2:30 PM and all stats read 0 for today (Thurs). Why? Do stats get updated at end of day? It seemed as if stats reflected activity almost immediately Tues and Wed.

The stats run in the early hours of the morning (around 2-4am). So your stats for today will be available tomorrow morning.
