If you change the line in a CGI script that reads
Content-type: text/html\n\n

to
Content-type: text/x-server-parsed-html\n

any SSI request such as
<!--#exec cgi=&quot;/AdPro/cgi-bin/ssirand.cgi&quot;-->

will be implimented.

1) Would that create a higher load on the server if it was used in something like a UBB?
2) Is it even possible here?  
3) If it is possible, may we?

2) Sure is.
 
3) I wouldn't recommend it but you can in fact do it.  If it's going to be used on a popular UBB then proceed with caution... if it were to create a high load scenario we'll let you know
