FutureQuest, Inc. currently has a long-term, full-time position available for a dynamic individual to deliver pre-sale responses and technical support to site owners with various levels of expertise. The candidate will provide dependable, accurate, personal, and high-quality technical support by performing problem analysis via Email, Chat, and Message Forums to FutureQuest site owners.
The candidate must possess exceptional diagnostic and logic skills, must be self-motivated, able to take initiative, and demonstrate fluent written skills in English (multi-lingual a plus). As a telecommuting corporation, this candidate will work from their home office, equipped with adequate connectivity to the Internet, browser(s), printer, Telnet, and Email clients.
