Well, I have been back up since 7am this morning and getting e-mail too. At noon, I sent an email to tech support because I cannot log into my FTP, and needed to this morning.

Please can we get this fixed since your not replying to my mail...and I am not reading this whole board to find out the answers.

Hi Sandy,

I did respond to the email, possibly it's backed up in the queue and/or another issue has caused you to not receive.  We are aware of the problem but also having some tech difficulties that need to be corrected.  A new thread has started at http://www.aota.net/ubb/Forum4/HTML/000402-1.html with updates.

I had email this afternoon but for at least the last hour and half that I am aware of nothing is coming through.

Is their a problem with the queue or something else going on?

Well it's noon here in EST Land and neither of our sites are up and no email. Guess I go read on my Stephen King book awhile. Maybe if I go bury our sites in the Pet Semetary they'll come back to life!
