This is so weird. As soon as you say it's fine over there, it gets better!
I was watching it over a period about half an hour - with Neotrace on just to see if the network was the cause, but no, no problem there.
The particular thing that was slow was UBB. Mail seemed okay. My home page appeared to be okay, but I hadn't cleared the cache so no idea. But UBB was absolutely crawling like you wouldn't believe. I'd hit a link, then move on to some other window like CNN or serverwatch or whatever and those seemed to be fine. Come back to the window with UBB and it still hadn't loaded. I did this about 5-6 times.
So as soon as you come back...
