My domain is forbidden!

Help!  My entire site (childrensonlnie.org) can't be accessed via the web or FTP.  When I telnet in, this is what I get:

No directory /big/dom/xchildrensonline/childrenshc!
Logging in with home = "/".
bash: /big/dom/xchildrensonline/childrenshc/.bash_profile: Permission denied  

What's going on, and what can I do?

did you put a page called index.html?  I think you have to have that as the front page.
