FQuest Alert: Downtime

Tonight at 8:15pm EST, the server went down... I had it reintialized and operating at 8:42pm EST...

I was the one to blame for tonight's downtime... It's pretty ironic that I was testing some new server functionality, that is supposed to virtually eliminate the server from getting overloaded...

Well, I Zigged - when I should had Zagged, which started a Dominoe effect driving the load average to 60 and beyond, for which I could not stop...

It's back to the drawing board for me... What I have planned will increase our uptime considerably as I feel only hardware failure will be able to take the server down...

My apologies for the downtime...
