Creating a Forum

I know I've read about it somewhere, but can't for the life of me find it again. (

I'd like to add a forum (like this one) to one of the sites.

Can someone please point me to the correct URL please.

I remember now, it was FAQ-Omatic I was thinking about
http://www.aota.net/FAQ/cache/1.html

Not quite what I wanted I think.

Here's the story:

I've taken over a site which was residing on a different server, running the wwwthreads system.

Unforutnately, I've got no idea about that package at all, furthermore, the previous webmaster lost all the administrative passwords and didn't know much about it either.

I'll just keep diggin I guess ;

Thanks for your help.

Hi Claude

'Member me from the Software Source days? Greg's brother
Nice to see another Aussie on here

You might like to look at Ikonboard
It's a free board, with no ad support, and it seems to work well - good option if your forum doesn't justify the UBB price.

Cheers, and best for Christmas

Simon

Ikonboard kicks butt. It's so easy to use, and makes it easier for me since i don't know how to use mysql.
