File uploading from Web browser

Am I aloud to have file uploading from the browser available on my site? How do I do file uploading from the browser? Where can I find the scripts? I don't know how to do it....
Would really like this feature...

I tried out a simple script: http://www.fccc.edu/users/muquit/upload/upload.html but can't figure out how the passwords are created. If anyone tries this one let me know if you get it working.
