I don't know if I named the homepage index.html correctly. I went into to cnc and under the www i found an index.futurequest so I changed that to html. I am totally new to all of this and am having a terrible time getting started. Can some help?

The index.fquest file is a file that we put into all new accounts so that there will be something there to look at. Normally you would upload your own web site which would include an index file that would supersede the index.fquest file.

In order to make a web site you would generally use a web editor application on your computer such as DreamWeaver or KompoZer or you would install a content management system like WordPress or Drupal.

If you haven't seen it yet, this guide may help in getting started:
Steps to Getting Your First Site Online

If you get stuck at a certain point though, post here and I'm sure everyone will try to help.

Take small steps at first and you'll begin to see progress. It's easy to get overwhelmed when first starting out if you try to take on too much too fast. It's a process...
