Forward an existing mailbox?

I have an existing pop3 mailbox where I would like to forward all messages sent to that mailbox to another email address. I do not want to convert the existing mailbox to a forwarding alias because I want the existing email clients (several devices used by an employee) to continue working without any changes.

Is is possible to forward incoming messages using a script or some other device?

Re: Forward an existing mailbox?

Hello,

When you access your CNC Email Manager you should see a [Details] link to the far right of the username.

When you click on that there will be a [Forward Inbox] option.

Note if there are over 500 messages in the inbox the link won't show and you would need to send an email to Service@FutureQuest.net with the details of the email address and where you intend to forward the messages.

Re: Forward an existing mailbox?

Bob,

Thanks for your reply. I'm aware of the button to forward messages. My goal was to forward messages automatically as they arrive, similarly to the way that a forwarding alias works, but also leaving the messages in the existing mailbox.

Re: Forward an existing mailbox?

Hi again John,

Oh sorry and yes there is a way using a "Custom Email Filter"

"Forwarding Email to One Address" - forwards a copy of the incoming email to the address you define. Standard delivery is not affected
