Giving one of my UBB users some tech assistance

Hi folks - UBB didn't pan out with much help for this problem - but I'm thinking it's a user system error anyway, not specifically a UBB thing. Hope one of our resident smarty pants has an answer for me, and can speak in slllooooowwww words that have small syllables so I'll follow along, LOL!

Anyway, this particular user's OS is Win 3.1, but she is using a modern day browser. When she clicks on our forum link, she cannot see anything. Any idea what might be happening here? Thanks folks . . . remember what I said about small words ...

Gimme a URL of an example... it may help with ideas. I'm assuming it's when they click a forum link from the main page??

PS - what browser / version are they using?

Someone e-mailed me with that same problem on my UBB. I had no clue because this user had all normal & reasonable platforms. Weird. Oh well, that's how it is on the Internet. It won't always work for everyone. see ya.
