need help installing Gallery 3

I created the MySQL database xdomain-gallery3

Entered the following in the installer (obscured domain name, username, and pwd):

What do I do?

Can you send a notice to the Service Desk letting us know which domain this applies to?

It seems that the domain you referenced is still running MySQL4 and you will need to upgrade it to MySQL5. We are sending you information about that from the Service Desk ticket you started.
