Are we able to view email logs for our domain?

I'd like to see the IP addresses of users who are checking their email. Is this possible/allowed?

I'm afraid not due to the massive amount of logs we must handle in a day...

Storing and compressing logs is one thing, but searching through them arbitrarily is way too heavy...
