Not sure which mailform script you're using, but any halfway decent one should have a place somewhere in the CGI script to hardcode the address.

Wasn't this thread about butterfly houses or silly instructions or something?

I'm still freaked about the part where you raise your house 12-18 inches off the ground. Best to think about something else...

I'm not Randall, and I don't play him on the internet (luckily for him) but you might want to check out NMSFormmail. It will obscure your address and is easy to implement.

However, even then I was would spam from the form...like it was cut and pasted into it and sometimes still do even though that form is no longer on our site. I guess that is because the address it was sent to didn't get kicked back
