I don't know why warping, twisting, and replacing facial features on photos of complete strangers is strangely addictive, but that's the effect this had on me!

Great! The applet has a very clever and intuitive interface. And the seamless decomposition of the faces is really amazing. Flash design at it's best. Reminds me at Kai Krause's interfaces.

The only problem is that the blending of a feature extends past the face it it's too close to the edge.
