To me, the most amazing thing about Futurequest is not anything to do with technology, but rather, the sheer quantity and quality of responses made to service requests and on these forums. I simply don't know how they manage to write so much, so well. To wit:
2:43pm (Tokyo time) -- Service request sent in with lots of personal numbers to add up, accounts to check, and two separate questions. Response notification 2:44pm.
4:05pm -- FQ's Melissa replies with a complete table of numbers specific only to my account and full explanations to answer all questions.
