Whose Name is it, anyway??
One of our clients is a realtor who apparently fell in with a bad bunch when she had her first web site designed. This outfit (from Albany and Soledad, CA) took her money, asked her what she wanted her domain name to be (which is her own first and last name), then registered the domain with eNom to themselves instead of her! Anyone else run across this sort of treachery and how easy will it be for her to get her domain name back? My understanding is that unless it's a trademarked name there's not a lot one can do.
