Anyone on the forums use Arelis 3?

I'm mainly looking for software to help manage my outbound links and this seems to offer that plus more. Not sure about their claim to "Get more customers and build a powerful business contact network" or to "Improve the link popularity of your site and get highly targeted free traffic to your web site".
Any info would be most appreciated. Thanks.
