renewing security certificate

After purchasing a renewed security certificate from somebody like Thawte, Verisign, or Equifax, is it then necessary to repurchase the FQ installation ($100 VAS) of the certificate? The site is hosted on FQ and previously had a security certificate installed.

There is no charge to update a renewal for a previously installed security certificate. Just send an email to Service@FutureQuest.net letting us know that we need to update the certificate. If the certificate has changed, and needs to be uploaded again, please copy and paste it into your email so that we can install it.

A quick search of the forums didn't return anything, and looking through the FAQ for the answer would be too obvious.
