emailing mass customers

Hi Elise

When you are writing a new message, click on View then All headers. Put your addresses in the BCC line - that enables you to send a blind carbon copy to multiple recipients without their names appearing on the copy.

Advice please!

I have customers who have asked for newsletters from my business and I am wanting to send out a regular newsletter to a group of customers/prospective customers.

How do I do this (what programme is suitable) so that the email addresses of everyone that I'm mailing to don't appear next to the "To:" list on the emails that individuals receive?

I'm currently using Outlook Express and have a site with FutureQuest.
