Using EFM w/both Global & account-specific filters

When using EFM, you may choose to have a Global filter set up as well as a mailbox-specific filter. In this scenario, is there any way for one filter to White List a message such that the other filter never sees it? And which group of filters does FQ evaluate first: the global ones or the account-specific ones?

For example, my Global filter might blackhole messages containing any one of 50 specified words & phrases. While my account-specific filter might White List messages coming from my friends. If a friend sends me a message with one of the banned words, will I receive her email?

Global Filters are evaluated first.

If you put a badword filter on your Global Filter, with no white-listing at the Global Level, then any email containing a "bad" word will be bounced/blackholed, regardless of who it is from, before it ever gets to the account-specific filters.
