Hi,

From FAQ #000505-000020:

We cannot restore single files or directories. The backups we do nightly are system-wide for full restoration and not available for single file retrieval. You will need to restore the contents from your own backup files. It is important that you keep a local copy of your files at all times for situations such as these.
