Domainkeys lookup failed

For the last week and a half, I haven't been able to send email through the FQ server. Fortunately, I can use Questmail in a web browser. I want to get back to using the smtp server in the usual way. The only thing I've changed is my ISP. Here's the error I get back in Pegasus Mail. The only thing I changed below is the email address to avoid posting it here for spambots. I tried ending the message with a single . on a line by itself and get the same message. My domainkeys setting is "some messages are signed".

Hello, Rick. We've dug through the logs and found the message and can verify the error, but we're missing some of the information. The error you are seeing is normally caused by a temporary DNS lookup, but obviously it's not temporary for you. Please forward the contents of the message you are trying to send to the service desk so we can diagnose this further.
