Stats Question

Hi,

I was looking at my stats and thought either my mathematical abilities have gone downhill or summin seems fishy with stats...

I've been on FQuest for about 30 days now.

* Since then my account shows Total 1,500,000 Kbytes sent.

* Average shows 128,000 Kbytes sent.

May I ask if there are any discrepancies, or is this some sort of new averaging system that I missed out on at school

Go on...gimme the secret average formula!

It's still Old Math, however you need to look at it with a fresh perspective....    

Key Word: 12 months

Access Statistics for xxx.xxx the last 12 months

1545578 / 12 == 128798.16666666666666666666666667

The STATS uses the hard calculation and does not care if you have STATS for up to 12 months prior or not...  It calculates exactly what it says it does: 'the last 12 months'...

As you accumulate more statistics, the value will start to shape up and become more accurate as there are now history and trends at it's disposal...
