FutureQuest support
Hi,
I am looking to change hosting companies because I am unsatisfied with the one I am using now. They were great when I started, but then they grew very quickly and couldn't keep up. It used to take 10 minutes to get an answer with email support, now it takes 4-5 days, if they answer at all. Now they have managed to remove our name for the DNS. I am curious if FutureQuest offers quick reliable support now, and if they are set up to grow.
Thanks,
Gala Grant

FutureQuest provides excellent support, and they are very dedicated to maintaining that level of support through steady growth.
As a great example, read last weekend's posts in the Server News/Questions forums about the move to the new NOC.
Your former host sounds a lot like one I used to be with...

I left one of my last hosts for similar problems. I went through four hosts the first seven months of 1999... I've been with FutureQuest since July of last year and renewed for another year. Any more questions?
Support is great. The community is great. The support is part of the community which is great. It's just all great!

Hey Joe,
If many more people ask how good FQ is, you might have to save yourself some time and change your sig file to:

Well thanks for all the replies everyone. I am going to sign up right now. I can't change hosters quick enough. (My old company still hasn't replied to any of my tech support issues.)

Hey Dan...
Yeah, I was thinking I was going to have to leave it in a Notepad document on my desktop so I can quickly cut and paste it whenever needed.
