Everyone seems to promote FQ everywhere

Its funny, in EVERY web forum I go, in particular scripts boards, there is always a "Webhosting" forum.
In ALL the forums, I find tons of people  recommending Futurequest.

It starts to get funny.
Did you ever saw a futurequest ADD banner somewhere ? Not I. Customers are doing a great great advertising job.
Its amazing how a good company can make a good reputation, and have a free advertising campain much much more efficient than any crappy banner.

I just opened my second site on FQ (refugee from webhosting.com)  (I also manage a third site hosted on FQ, but as a webmaster not owner), and I'm happy

I had so much bad experience with other host that I feel to say that I'm really satisfied with FQ.

Well I might add that my only fear is that FQ couldn't keep the good service with ever growing customers base.

Please tell us the service will be always as good as now even with tons of clients !

If anything, having more customers seems to be helping them...

more customers = more income = economy of scale

While the rapid grow has required Deb and TeRRa to bring new people onboard, they seem to do a good job of instilling the FutureQuest "spirit" into them (or at least being careful to only hire folks who have "the right stuff" in them to begin with).

When I signed-up, FQ only had one server. Looking back, all I can see since then are improvements... it just keeps getting better.

18 months ago, I was fed up with my ISPs poor customer service. It was a Sunday, 3:00 PM, and my FTP login was not working. I found out that they are not open on the weekends. If my site went down on a Friday night, it would be Monday morning before anything was done about it. So I went on a Quest...

...and I found FutureQuest. They not only were there to set up my account on a Sunday evening, they even corrected a typo I made in my email address when filling out the form. Had they not done that I probably wouldn't have resubmitted the form (I wouldn't have known I made the error).

For the last 15 months or so, it has been my job to uphold the quality service we have all come to expect from FutureQuest. Seeing comments like this, hoping that we will continue to provide quality service even now, tells me that I must be doing my job

Of course my primary goal has been and always will be to make sure that it only gets better. After all, we would not be where we are today without all of you
