since you seem to have trouble understanding...let me put it a different way.
i can & will do ssn & dob lookups for you...but it will cost a helluva lot more than $5 per. can also pull credit reports if you want...be ready to pay well. if you dont already have all the info required by the credit bureaus...ill look for the missing info myself & then the package costs even more. can put a new addy onto credit reports for an extra fee. various other forms of background reports & info can be had at additional costs. but...i insist that prospective clients tell me what they desire to pay for the services they want. then i can tell if they are serious about doing bizness.
