Xbox games

Just picked up a Xbox today and was wanting some suggestions on games. I normally will play anything but the sport ones unless they are really cool or the like. Anyone have any suggestions on games? The good the bad the ugly ones? Thanks

To get you started and what I consider to be games that have excelled in various ways within their class:

1) Halo
2) Brute Force
3) Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee
4) Vexx
**tough as nails platformer
5) Panzer Dragoon Orta
6) 007 Nightfire
**this one serves a dual purpose...
7) Project Gotham Racing

I'm a little less exciting...

Fatal Frame (play it alone...in the dark... radio off...people asleep.. if you want to enjoy it)

Tetris

Finding Nemo

Thanks TeRRa! I am going to rent a few tonight and see if I like them, probably Halo and Fatal Frame for sure, I heard those were some good ones, and maybe Vexx or Panzer Dragoon Orta. Just saw Deb replied, was Finding Nemo any good? I like to play kids games too sometimes Off to Blockbuster I guess

Excellent book - you won't be disappointed...

One day I may post up my personal library list - however it is so far down the task list it may never see the light of day...

Well I *do* need a way to get around, and yeah they could've thrown in some free shipping on it.

Good cause I am on the verge of ordering it myself

I got to Blockbuster and wow, guess what, every game I could think of actually playing was out, so I got Silent Hill 2, better be good.

If you like the Matrix movies, you may want to check out Enter the Matrix for the Xbox. I have not had much time to play it yet, but what time I have had has been very entertaining. I guess dodging bullets is as fun as it looks in the movie. The hacking console is also an interesting concept, especially if you remember a few commands and syntax from DOS.

Well I rented Silent Hill 2 and finally started playing it yesterday, I just beat it a few minutes ago, shows what happens when I am supposed to be trying to read and get tired of that
It's a.. weird game, too short. It had some nice graphics but the story could've been better. Anyone have any other suggestions? I am going to try to pick up the ones Deb & TeRRa mentioned.
Thanks
