one time vacation reply--spam resistant also

I'd like to set up an autoresponder that sends an "Im on vacation" message just once to everyone who sends mail to me.  It looks like your current autoresponder sends a reply for each message.  Is there a way to do it for the first message I get from an email address but then not send any further emails to that address?

Also, this will reply to spam, and I don't want them to be able to use my reply to confirm my email address.  Is there a way to do that?
