I still don't know how to exactly interpret the numbers given by tracert (Windows 95 implementation).
Some line might read like this:
10 146 ms 145 ms 145 ms sl-bb21-rly-12-0.sprintlink.net [188.8.131.52]
What exactly does "145ms" mean. Is this the time, an IP packet needs from my PC to this 184.108.40.206 or is it the total round-trip-time (my pc to 220.127.116.11 back to me).
