Statistics on taz
Statistics on taz haven't updated in 2 days. Not a major thing but I miss them...

Depends who you ask this month :þ
All three of the 'extreme' issues were not technically related to the server... one malicious Dos attack and two power problems:/ But... for the sake of refunds... I've counted all that stuff against the server uptime. Taz is at around 99.3% if my numbers are correct (not staring at them right now).
What's being credited this month is as follows:
TAZ - 100% of a months billing credited.
SIX - 100% of a months billing credited.
NINE - 100% of a months billing credited.
(Note -- the percentages are off of the full domain billing things like extra space/bandwidth blah blah do not count.. and your May bill must have been paid to be credited)
There are a couple of reasons the "overall stats" were taken down. As the design of the servers have changed, the overall stats are simply not really accurate anymore... Example is when one IP has a problem but the rest of the server itself is doing fine. That IP would expect to see the uptime number lower ... but if I make the uptime number lower then I create a few hundred others who may expect a refund or explanation for downtime they didn't have. So we're working on a per IP stats deal for everyone, that will be posted up once completed. This will allow you all to see a more accurate set of stats which will include things like the secure servers etc too.
I felt 'safe' in pulling it for now mainly due to these forums... since anyone can, at any time, pull up any month's worth of posts and scope them out to find the problem times (hint alerts are a good clue).
Once I have the per Apache stats posted I can then also get the Server Overall Stats back up since they would be more easily read.
Not a clue if any of this is making sense :þ Basically I've got Justin working on a better way for everyone and currently everyone is getting refunds.

uh-oh, communication breakdown - I think I asked the question incorrectly
I was referring to my site's hits/pageviews/bandwidth/ stats from the CNC NOT server uptime stats. I just love to track my personnel daily progress. It seems they are only broken on Taz, other of my sites work fine. (although I may be confused on server names)
Should I have e-mailed tech directly ?

Either you asked incorrectly or my mind is stuck in a single mode right now (I'm guessing it's me hehe)
I'll ask Terra to check into them and get them run if they aren't...

Is any of the work being done on the servers the reason why I can't access my June stats (like referrals and not founds)?

I just checked your stats and they are working/viewing as they should be.
Remember there is only one day available in June right now (the stats for June 2nd will run after midnight...) for June you simply do not have any refers or not founds to record so it tells you as such.
You would have to select the Month of May to see if there were some from the previous month. It's just that there are none for this month yet on your site.

But when I select May, I still get the same pop up messages. For instance when I click on the Not Found button, "No Code 404 (Not found) report available for May 1999." Am I doing something wrong Deb?

After looking deeper into the situation, our analyzer program was not switching properly to the DLF format and was still wanting to process them in ELF format...
I have just completed log rotations for the month of May, and now re-running the analyzers on the DLF logs of June...
Everything should be up to date in an hour or so...
