you get your UBB Guestbook problem sorted out ? I read your posting on UBBs UBB. BTW, you should look at Vizbook.. knocks spots off UBB.

Dean, got no hits on Vizbook on Altavista (!) but found 'em at Yahoo; those interested can see it at dtp-aus.com/cgiscript/vizbook.shtml .

Looks very nice with lots of features, but it has a very strict "use" policy:

"Before down loading, you must agree to use the scripts as is, changing only where indicated by the author. If you do not agree, DON'T download it, else it will be copied / used illegally!"

It's very customizable via the admin function, but you can't tinker with it if he hasn't allowed for a feature you want to add.

For something nice and simple, I guess at this time I prefer the Ultimate Guest Book and it'll be outta beta soon.

Still looking for a nice voting script. Have seen some UBB hacks that have me eager to implement this.

well, i got the UBB GUestbook, and got it working like a charm! I don't mind its simplicity and love being able to hack it!

I would also like to note, that I installed the vizbook for another member here, and as to the the notice that the owner placed on his site, I don't know how serious he was to this statement, as I made changes to that script in which the originator himself allowed and helped with.

I personally didn't like vizbook. And Frank, when the UBB guestbook is outta BETA will ya let me know? I would love to upgrade. i think?
