Paid Job need someone..

A while back we had a small program like what http://www.treeloot.com used but we had a car.

This was back in the day and as we moved servers I forgot all about it I was wondering if someone would like to make something like this for me.

I would be able to pay but not anything to high.

I would like it to require membership, have some type of database storing how many times each person plays in there membership, and also some random thing to make a few random spots for prizes a day.
