How is CNC used?

I'm knew to this and I don't understand what theFile, FTP and MySql is used for. I already have my domain, web host, set up the e-mail account. But don't know where to go from here. I even stuck with Kompozer and don't know how to design and get my site up and running. I thought this would be fun But I am so, so, so, lost..... Someone please help me.... Very greatly appreciated

Re: How is CNC used?

Your CNC is used to manage various parts of your site, Email is managed from the Email Manager, the File Manager can be used to upload files to your site as well as edit files directly on the server.

The FTP Manager is to create extra FTP accounts for specific use, many never create extra FTP accounts as they simply use the main FTP account to upload files. The MySQL Manager is used to create MySQL Databases which certain PHP based applications/scripts require such as WordPress.

In regards to using Kompozer have you worked through the tutorials located at the below link?

Great Glad that helped...

Just keep pushing yourself, you may be surprised what you can learn and do as long as you are willing to do some reading and testing
