Search Engines don't respond well to webmaster requests, the best you can do is resubmit the site and submit a site map and be patient.

Re: Google got my old message up

As Andi says, you'll likely just have to be patient in regards to google caching your old page. If it's a brand new site with not many inbound links, it may take up to a month for google to revisit and update the cached page. In regards to search engines linking to forum pages, this can happen with a brand new site if you post a link or title on a forum page that is well established and your site is brand new... if it's a real problem you can always request the moderator here remove the link in question. But more than likely you will find in the next couple of months that it will cease to be an issue as your site itself becomes more well established. (on a related note I found a while back, to my dismay, that if you run adwords ads for a brand new site that isn't yet established with the search engines, you may find search engines show other sites that run your ads higher than your own page for your page title. But this goes away after your site has been established for a couple months.)
