Placing narrator on webpage (can't remember URL)

I recently saw a demo where a human narrator is displayed on a web page and talks through some pre-defined script. This is NOT a cartoon narrator (like SitePal), but an animated human being. It seems I have lost the URL... any ideas what it might be?

You might have a look into http://alicebot.org/ the main site of the A.L.I.C.E. While A.L.I.C.E. which is one of the currently most famous chat bots is probably not the thing you are directly looking for, chat bots often use such animated narrators to talk to the visitors. And the site happens to have a lot of information about this topic.
