No, PP10PRO is still unavailable, BUT... I have the NEXT BEST THING.
If you can lay your hands on a copy of Picture Publisher 10 DCE (Digital Camera Edition), OR Corel Photobook (pretty easy to do since Photobook is still an active product), I have developed a product that gives you access to 60 MORE TOOLS (Picture Publisher 10 PRO TOOLS) that are present in PP10DCE AND Photobook, but "unavailable" unless you know how to get to them.
There is NO EULA violation that I am aware of because it doesn't involve modifying the software, and the method used to access "The Hidden Tools" is SUPPORTED by the software!
If you have been searching for a copy of Picture Publisher 10 PRO, this is as close as you're likely to come to it (and this is VERY close) unless you get VERY lucky. Stop by my website for more details...

Compare that with Adobe Photoshop, or any other software that gives you all of these tools for adjusting your digital images, and of course with any other software you WON'T get the wonderful User Interface that Picture Publisher is also famous for.
