FQuest Core: mcrypt and libmcrypt

In preparation for the newest PHP 3.0.14, I have installed the mcrypt program and it's libraries into the server core...  It is also accessible from the command line as well...

For all further usage questions, please reference:
http://hq.hellug.gr/~mcrypt
and
http://www.php.net/manual/ref.mcrypt.php3
