IE Box Model Hack Or Something More Serious?

Ok, I give up. I've had my site up since May (www.dmjwineworks.com), and tested it with over a half dozen browsers in various flavors before going live with it. I got it working well in all of them, except for a slight problem with the positioning of the navigation bar buttons in IE for Windows. I went ahead and put in online anyway (knowing that most of my visitors would probably be using this browser) with the idea that I'd tweak it into shape relatively quickly.

Three months later and I'm still got a less-than-perfect looking site and feel no closer to getting the problem resolved. I'm on a Mac, and thus am restricted in the ability to see how coding changes work out on screen. Can anybody point me in a direction that I might have overlooked to get the navigation bar properly positioned once and for all?

Much thanks.
