Graphics work?

Hi, I'm hoping it's ok to put this here, and I apologize in advance if it isn't...I was wondering if anyone here does graphics work, or can recommend someone who does for people on limited budgets? Just in need of some buttons, a banner and a background I can plug into FrontPages Theme Designer..nothing big. I tried it myself, did ok but ran into display problems with AOL users' and their built in browsers that AOL finally concluded was a palette problem..Something about needing web safe 216 colors, and the color(s) I used not being properly displayed with certain versions of IE some AOL'ers still have. Thanks.

However, we do affordable graphic design, with a discount for non-profit. We are experienced in using the web safe 216 palette and optimizing graphics for fast download.

I admit I don't know much first-hand about how AOL displays graphics differently, only what I've read on these forums.
