affiliate question

I signed up the FutureQuest affiliate, and I have some questions.  Is this a right forum to post?

Hi, Deb.  Actually, days after I signed up with FQ affiliate program, my CJ account is deleted!  To tell you the truth, couple thousand dollars are suspended because one of the merchant believes my site is cheating.  I only have three merchants associated with this account, including PriceGrabber, FutureQuest and AuctionWatch.  PriceGrabber said they have nothing to do with this.  I really want to know if FQ knows anything about this.

I really need help!  I am so confused because my site didn't do anything to violate the agreement.

We did not pull your CJ account...

Since CJ suspended your account, I would find it prudent that you ask the people responsible (CJ) for revoking/reinstatement of your account...

This way you can get a definitive answer from the source...

Hello..

We have a merchant affiliate account with Commission Junction. (A third party service we use) We pay a commission payment to them, for each full package sold from a referral link. They in turn, pay a commission to each affiliate whose link generated that referral.

Although this is something solely between you and Commission Junction, I do not see a payout that was credited to a referral from your link, so this would obviously be a non-issue here..

Thanks,

Paul

Thanks.  Then, I know what merchant is behind all this.  I only signed up with three merchants.  If PriceGrabber and FQ have nothing to do with it, then the third one, AuctionWatch, must be the one I should talk to.

Thanks.
