Email from what server/IP have been block by FQ?

I have a client who send email to me from time to time from xxx@163.com Sometimes I got her email but sometimes it's lost. I know the server is in China and it may swamp with spam email

Anyway, I just wonder is there a list contains the email servers blocked by FQ? It will help me to pinpoint this kind of email issue and I may alert my clients in advance if their servers are blocked.

There isn't a (static) list of servers or IP addresses that are blocked by FutureQuest. FutureQuest does use several RBLs (sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org, bl.spamcop.net, list.dsbl.org, relays.ordb.org) to block connections at the frontdoor.
However, if your client's email server is listed, the email would not be lost, it would be deferred and bounced back after a while (if listed long enough).

I will check with my clients to see whether they got any bounced email from my side when email are lost.
