Couple of observations:
the dark blue inner curves on the home page don't appear to be flush to the other dark blue parts, there seems to be an extra white pixel in there somehow.[nbsp][nbsp]
the drop down list of countries comes out in a red, which I didn't find very readable, but then I'm due an eye test soon :)

I got the pixel problem, too... in both IE 5.0 and NS 4.51.[nbsp][nbsp]Everything else looks good.[nbsp][nbsp]Like the logo.
Drew
By the way, the pixel problem is in all four inside corners.[nbsp][nbsp]Your blue rounded corner piece doesn't lie flush vertically, but it does line up correctly on horizontally.

Hold that thought... when I went to Real Estate -> Agent/Broker, I got this:
Warning: Unable to access ..//realestate/residential.inc in ../searchads/realestate/s_agent.tem on line 4
Warning: Failed opening '..//realestate/residential.inc' for inclusion in ../searchads/realestate/s_agent.tem on line 4
Drew
Same thing under Builder/Developer and Owner.[nbsp][nbsp]My other question is why when I've got through these sections does my "location bar" (as I'm going to coin it ;) ) go from "Home >[nbsp][nbsp]Search Ads > Real Estate >" to "Home >[nbsp][nbsp]Real Estate >" when I feel like I've gone one level deeper in the hierarchy?

Have you made changes since the comments above?[nbsp][nbsp]I don't see the pixel border problem that Jarrod and Drew mentioned.[nbsp][nbsp]I have looked at it in NS 4.6 and IE 5.[nbsp][nbsp]Usually that will show up in Netscape if you don't run all the table tags together on one line, but since I don't see the problem...
I like the simplified design (I believe you had an orange band at the bottom?).
Dan
thanks for your comments:
1) The pixel problem: WEll it seems to work ok w on my ocmp although i will agree that on occasions the in ie5 i have seen the problem wit hthe vertical alignment. But then if I close the window or refresh it it seems to go away. SO I am assuming that the problem is with the browser/machine and not in the site. Because it works fine on 3 other computers i have testd on from different location.
2)Real Estate-[nbsp][nbsp]> Owner[nbsp][nbsp]It seems to be giving me the right page I have no problems accessing it. Please loot it up again and let me know if there is a problem.
3) THe location bar in the page: that has to be looked at. Small programmign glitch[nbsp][nbsp]there.
4)THe drop down list is in red for ie well i can change to black if you want take look at tit in ns 4+ see if you liek the black or the red one and let me know
Thanks again for your help.

I just checked it on my girlfriend's computer with both of her browsers and it looks fine.[nbsp][nbsp]I'd like to try to fix it for you, but since it looks fine here, I'll have to wait until I get home.[nbsp][nbsp]Maybe you could try using vspace="0" or valign="top" in the <td>.[nbsp][nbsp]Anyway, just thought I'd let you know it does seem to be a sporadic problem at worst.

I've just taken a look and the pixel problem doesn't appear on one install of IE5, but does on another one.[nbsp][nbsp]Very strange!!!
Personally I do prefer the list of countries in black, it's slightly easier on the eyes.
