THE DELAY BETWEEN THE FILE UPLOAD AND THE ACTUAL ITS UP...

I upload my files on my account at FQuest.

But I have a strange behavior:

1. checking the file content from
http://x<my domain>.futurequest.net/CNC/fileman.cgi?dir=/big/dom/x<my domain>
via View gives me one file but checking on

2.
http://<my domain>.com
gives me the older content (before update)

I have made this no less than 20 times.

Obviously there's some delay between update on the actual www address.

Also

3. I delete the file on

http://x<my domain>.futurequest.net/CNC/fileman.cgi?dir=/big/dom/x<my domain>

But the old file misteriously appears on
http://<my domain>.com

My question is: HOW LONG IS THE DELAY BETWEEN
THE FILE UPLOAD AND THE ACTUAL ITS UPDATE ON THE SERVER???

In all my file uploads, the files appear instantaneously.[nbsp][nbsp]Try using Shift+Reload, you might be behind a cache...

There is no delay whatsoever... however different ISPs and Browsers will cache content for various amounts of times.[nbsp][nbsp]As Charles noted... it usually helps to hold the Shift Key down while clicking Refresh/Reload....

You may even need to go as far as either shutting down and relaunching the program and/or clearing the cache manually.

As far as server side... the changes are instantaneous.

With IE5, try Ctrl-F5 to force the reload.
